Marazul is separate from the neighboring community, Punta Azul. Guests staying at Marazul are not permitted to use the facilities at Punta Azul.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations* made 60 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.​

There is a medical office, called Porto Medico,
located at the Curacao International Airport
between Curoil and the Catering KLM building.
The website is www.portomedico.com. The telephone number is (+5999)888-7511. There is a pharmacy onsite if you need medicine. Porto Medico is 37.3 km from Marazul, about 40 minutes' drive.
